By creating a Courtlys account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Courtlys is a platform for finding and joining recreational pickleball games. We connect players — we do not own or operate any courts, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any games or players.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Please provide accurate information — your name and skill level are shown to other players.
When you post a game you take responsibility for the accuracy of the details (location, time, cost, skill level). When you join a game you commit to attending — please cancel in good time if your plans change so the spot can be offered to others.
You agree not to use Courtlys to harass other users, post false or misleading game information, or attempt to circumvent the app's functionality. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
If a game has a cost, payment arrangements are between the players involved. Courtlys does not process payments and accepts no liability for payment disputes.
Courtlys is provided as-is. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from games arranged through the platform. Always exercise your own judgement about whether a game or venue is suitable for you.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
